Pitanium (herein referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”) is committed to provide you with high-quality goods and considerate and comprehensive sales services on our website (herein referred to as “the Site”).

Online shopping terms and conditions

  • We will ensure that the prices, information, and sizes of the products on the Site have been updated.
  • We will ensure that the products on the Site are available in stock. If any products are out of stock and cannot be provided to customers, we have the right to provide similar prices and types of products for replacement.
  • The price of the products is shown on the order. All orders are subject to final confirmation based on the availability of relevant products. If we fail to provide any ordered products or services, we have the right to cancel the order. If we can not provide any product or service on your orders, we will contact you by the phone or email before shipment.

Overseas shipping

  • All products will be sent from the Hong Kong warehouse. After delivery, you will receive an email notification of the tracking code.
  • The delivery time may be extended during public holidays or promotional activities. For Hong Kong public holidays, you can refer to here. For overseas public holidays, please check the local government website.
  • The import regulations of each country are different. Import duties, value-added taxes, customs clearance fees or else which we cannot predict may be charged according to the laws and regulations of the country. If you need to pay these fees, the responsibility will be on yourself. Please consider carefully before placing an order. If the products are confiscated due to customs clearance problems or delays in delivery time due to customs clearance procedures, we will have no responsibility and will not make any compensation for the losses caused by the above problems.


Others

  • All products will be well-packaged to ensure completeness and freshness. Otherwise, you can request to exchange or return.
  • All in-stock products will be sent within 48 hours. If the order includes in-stock and pre-ordered products, we will send the package when all the products are ready to pack. If you want to send it separately, please place the orders separately.
  • If the address or information provided by you is incorrect, and cause the return. You will have to pay the extra shipping fee. We will reschedule the delivery afterward.
  • We have no responsibility for any loss or damage during the delivery period, and you should bear the delivery risk. Please check the products immediately after receiving the package. If you find any problem with the products, including the quantity or the option, you should refuse to accept the package and let the carrier return it to us for processing.

Pre-Order

  • You must pay the full amount of the pre-order products to place the order.
  • Pre-order generally need 7-14 working days to process and deliver. If there is a delivery date shown on the pre-order, we will send the package on that date.
  • You have to show the order invoice or order form number when you pick up the package.
  • If you need to refund non-product quality problems, we will refund with cash dollars which are equivalent to the amount of retreat to Pi-Wallet. It can be used for redemption of other products only and valid for one year . If you need to refund by credit card or online transfer, we will charge 5% of the amount of the cancelled order as a refund handling fee for the cancellation.
  • All packages need to be collected as soon as possible after receiving the notification of package collection from us. We have the right to cancel any transaction after 6 months if we do not receive any delayed collection notice from you. We will directly cancel the transaction without refund after 12 months.
  • If the supplier or agent adjusts the price and supply of the pre-order products, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.
  • By ordering or registering on our website, you agree and accept above terms.
  • Any disputes, we reserve the right of final decision.

Subscription

Payment methods

  • Subscription Order must be paid by credit card and agree to authorize the storage of this credit card information.
  • If the credit card payment fails due to expiration, insufficient funds, or other reasons, we will suspend the subscription. You need to update the credit card information on " Account > Billing " to reactivate the subscription, it will be renewed immediately.


Interval

  • Referring to different subscriptions, the intervals of them will be different. The renewal cycle will be displayed on the product page, shopping cart and checkout page. The system will automatically renew according to the corresponding interval (the subscription order product will be automatically renewed and paid by the authorized credit card). If necessary, you can contact us to change the renewal interval.
  • Subscription products including Subscription Offer products will be automatically renewed every period, and the subscription fee will be charged to the authorized credit card.


Update payment method

You can update the credit card information in " Account > Billing ". After updating, you agree to authorize us to continue charging through it.


Cancel subscription

The subscription needs to be subscribed at least two billing cycles after activation (the renewal period can be checked in " Account > Orders > Subscription "). You can unsubscribe 3 days before the second automatic renewal (Unsubscribe) only after completing the second automatic renewal.

If necessary, you can unsubscribe in " Account > Orders > Subscription ". The deadline is 3 days before each automatic renewal.


Change shipping address

If you need to change the shipping address, you can click "EDIT ADDRESS" on the order in " Account > Orders > Subscription " to change the shipping address any time . The deadline is 3 days before the next shipment.


Subscription Code

  • Subscription Code can only be used on the first Subscription order. Automatic renewal orders will not enjoy the subscription code discount.
  • Subscription code cannot be used in conjunction with other coupon codes.


Others

  • There is no return or refund service for subscription products. If the products are proved to be defective or cannot be used normally, we reserve the right to decide to replace another product. Replacement needs to be requested within 7 days after purchase (calculated from the day printed on receipt), otherwise it will not be accepted. There is no exchange or return of the gifts received during promotion.
  • If the supplier or agent adjusts the price and supply of the subscription product, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the relevant amount paid by you.
  • By ordering or registering on the Site, you agree and accept above terms.
  • Any disputes, we reserve the right of final decision.

Referral plan

Pitanium members can earn Cash Dollars through the referral program by inviting friends who join us as new and completing the first purchase (only for product purchase).


Exclusive referral code

After the first purchase (only for product purchase), you can find your exclusive referral code in the " Account > Referral ".


Referral methods

You can share the referral code by the following methods:

  1. Go to any product page you like, click the share button, then share the product link via social media;
  2. Or copy the exclusive referral code in " Account > Referral " and send it to your friends.
    Once your friends registered as Pitanium new members and used your code at checkout, you will earn Cash Dollar.


Cash Dollar

After your friends have successfully placed an order (only for product purchase), you can get a 10% rebate of their order total (Grand Total). (For example, the total amount of your friend’s order is $800, you gain 80 Cash Dollar = $80) Earned Cash Dollar will be sent after 14 working days and placed in the " Account > Pi-Wallet ".


Pitanium Friend

Your membership will be upgraded Pitanium Friend after registering as a new member by using referral code and completing the first order. You can enjoy a 10% discount on all regular-priced items with this membership.


Others

Your membership will be upgraded Pitanium Friend after registering as a new member by using referral code and completing the first order. You can enjoy a 10% discount on all regular-priced items with this membership.

  • We have the right to deduct the Cash Dollars that have been distributed, such as applying for refunds or returning products of friend orders using exclusive referral codes.
  • An order which has used an exclusive referral code and needs to refund, is eligible for return and exchange. The refund will be sent to your Pi-Wallet.
  • Cash Dollar cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for cash.
  • We can suspend or terminate the plan any time for any reason without notice.
  • Any disputes, we reserve the right of final decision.

Pi-Wallet

Cash Dollar is earned in designated activities and can be used to deduct the money at checkout on the Site.


Value

The value of 1 Cash Dollar is equal to $1.


Valid period

Cash Dollar in Pi-Wallet must be used within the specified date (valid for one year). It will be invalid after the expiration date and will not be reissued or extended.


Others

  • Cash Dollars can not be used to purchase subscription products.
  • Cash Dollars can not be sold, transferred or exchanged for cash.
  • Any disputes, we reserve the right of final decision.

Rewards

  • Only one reward can be claimed per order.
  • The review reward redemption period is 60 days.
  • All rewards must be redeemed on or before the specified date. Rewards which are not collected after the expiry date will be automatically deleted and will not be reissued or extended.
  • Review rewards are not applicable to Subscription orders.
  • If you cancel the order that includes the redemption of rewards, the rewards will be automatically deducted and there is no refund.
  • All rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or resold.
  • We do not guarantee the quality of any reward and are not responsible for any consequences.
  • We reserve the right to terminate, change, withdraw or substitute for receiving rewards at any time without prior notice and reason, and any payment or compensation.
  • Any disputes, we reserve the right of final decision.

Return goods

If you have any questions about the products purchased on the Site. Once the products are eligible for the condition of return and exchange , we guarantee to return the relevant products.

  • If you need to arrange the return and exchange of the products, please contact us within 7 days from the date of receipt/ collection, and provide us the relevant document number, product question and contact information for verification.
  • Please note that the following situations will not be arranged for return and exchange:
    • The products have been received/collected more than 7 days
    • The products have been opened (If there is a problem with the quality of the products, this restriction will not be imposed)
    • The difference of the product’s color
    • The product has been used more than 25% of the product's capacity
    • No product quality problem
    • Any free gifts and trial gifts
    • Any personal reasons such as skin sensitivity or repeated purchases
    • Subscription products
  • If the purchased products are eligible for the conditions of return and exchange, we will contact you to arrange the relevant return and exchange procedures. You can visit any store in person or arrange for third-party logistics for returns.
  • All electronic products purchased from us can be exchanged due to non-human damage or quality problems within 7 days. If maintenance or repair is required after the period, you must directly check with the agent.
  • If there is no Hong Kong agent for the products and the receipt/ collection does not exceed 3 months, we will make a decision depending on the situation.
  • If the returned products are discontinued or out of stock, you can request to exchange for other products of the same value.
  • If we find that the product is damaged by third-party logistics during the transportation after inspection, we will make a decision depending on the situation. In this case, it will take an additional 2-4 working days to process.
  • Shipping cost of the returned products will be on us if it is caused by our mistake. We will send the replacement to the shipping address indicated on the order.
  • For other reasons, you need to pay the shipping cost of the return.
